Brian Lawson


A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified instructor and Certified RKC Level 2 Kettlebell instructor, is the owner of Body Architecture. Brian has trained Hudson Valley professionals for over a decade. Brian holds multiple certifications, from group exercise to spinning. Brian’s strength comes from his desire to challenge himself in every arena of life. Brian’s challenging programs are not only rewarding for his clients, but they also reinforce his lifelong habit of bringing out the best in everyone he knows. Brian works well with all athletes of all skill levels. Brian is a triathlete with several triathalons under his belt. As someone who loves to train himself, Brian knows firsthand what it takes to lead a fit lifestyle, and as an enthusiastic model of health, Brian’s confidence translates into sweet success for his clients.





Reggie Gardner


Reggie has a B.S. degree in Biology and is an NSCA certified personal trainer as well as Certified TRX instructor.  He has been personal training clients from ages 14-70 in recreational exercises and sport specific athletes for 7 years.  His fitness specialties include specialized free weight programs, functional/crossfit training, sport specific training and core conditioning.  Reggie was a competetive power lifter and played Div 1 baseball and volleyball. His hobbies include sports, reading, snowmobiling and exercise.
